Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc. seeks a working shift Supervisor to oversee daily Customer Service and Ramp Services operations for contracted flights and charters. You will lead an assigned shift, train Agents, and coordinate with TSA and air carrier personnel, ensuring service quality and safety.

The role requires strong customer service focus and professional conduct. Expect a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; hours vary with flight schedules and seasonal changes.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in aviation operations or airport services.
• At least 6 months as an Airline Service Agent or equivalent experience.
• Initial/advanced Operations Services training required by airlines within probation.
• Must obtain CRO certificate when required and SIDA badge eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Directs, trains, and coordinates an assigned shift for ramp and customer service operations.
• Oversees passenger check-in, baggage transfers, de-icing, cleaning, lavatory & power unit services.
• Ensures compliance with FAA/TSA directives and airline rules; communicates policy changes.
• Coordinates with airline dispatch, TSA, and airport personnel on flight details and manifests.
