Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc seeks a working Shift Supervisor to direct daily ramp and passenger service operations for both contracted and charter flights at our Indianapolis facility. You will lead by example, training agents, maintaining safety protocols, and coordinating with TSA and air carrier personnel to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes strong customer service focus, effective communication, and the ability to manage shift teams, equipment readiness, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Direct and supervise shift staff in Customer Service and Ramp Services.
• Ensure safety, security, and FAA/TSA compliance during operations.
• Maintain training records and onboard new Agents.
• Coordinate with TSA, air carriers, and airport staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct daily ramp and passenger service operations.
• Train and evaluate assigned Agents; conduct ongoing safety training.
• Provide written/verbal reports and maintain performance records.
• Coordinate with dispatch, TSA, and airline personnel on flight information and operations.
• Keep equipment in good working order and ensure regulatory compliance.
