Job summary

TREGO DUGAN AVIATION OF GRAND ISLAND INC seeks a Lead Airline Ramp Agent in Warwick, RI to direct and develop a ramp team while actively performing ground operations for commercial and charter flights.

Lead by example, ensure safety compliance, train new hires, coordinate with airline partners, and manage equipment and communications to deliver reliable, on-time ramp service.

This role requires strong communication, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced airport environment.

Qualifications

• Prior ramp operations experience; demonstrated ability to lead or direct a team in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge during probation.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong verbal and written communication with team, partners, and management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct Ramp Services operations for scheduled and charter flights.
• Direct and train Ramp Services Agents and maintain training records.
• Coordinate with air carrier personnel, station management, and TSA as required.
• Operate and train on ground service equipment and ensure safe conditions.
• Prepare reports on ground activity and ramp performance.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, and company safety regulations.
