Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc is hiring an AM/PM Ramp Service Agent to join our ground crew on the Warwick, RI ramp. You will load baggage, marshal aircraft, operate ground equipment, and keep a clean, safe ramp environment.

No prior experience is required—we train the right person to ensure smooth turnaround of each aircraft. The role demands reliability, safety-mindedness, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as schedules vary with flight activity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. per Immigration Act provisions.
• Willing to attend and complete required training.
• No prior experience required—we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage and co-mail to and from aircraft and baggage areas.
• Operate ground service equipment (GSE) safely and in accordance with regulations.
• Marshal aircraft to and from gates and assist with pushback.
• Provide handling for baggage requiring special care and perform interior cleaning and lavatory servicing.
• Assist with commissary services and coordinate with catering vendors.
• Inspect and report deficiencies on ground equipment; maintain a safe ramp environment.
• Communicate with team members and departments using two-way radio.
• Assist passengers with special needs as directed.
• Follow safety regulations and use PPE.
• Complete required training and comply with all company policies.
