Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must read and write English.
• Must be able to work in the U.S. Immigration Act eligibility.
• Must successfully attend and complete required training.
• No prior experience required — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload passenger baggage, luggage, and co-mail to aircraft and baggage area.
• Operate ground service equipment (GSE) safely per regulations.
• Marshal aircraft to gates; assist with pushback.
• Handle baggage and items requiring special care.
• Clean aircraft interiors and service lavatories between flights.
• Assist with catering/galley loading with vendors.
• Conduct security searches as required.
• Maintain safe ramp area free of FOD.
• Inspect and maintain ground equipment; report deficiencies.
• Communicate via two-way radio with team and other departments.
• Assist passengers with special needs as directed.
• Follow safety regs and PPE usage.
• Complete required training.
