Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc is hiring Ramp Service Agents. You’ll help load/unload baggage, marshal aircraft, operate ground support equipment, and maintain a safe ramp environment. Training is provided; experience is not required.

Join a close-knit team at the Warwick, RI airport location. You’ll work outdoors in all weather, report to supervision, and contribute to on-time aircraft turnarounds while delivering excellent passenger service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to read and write English.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage and co-mail to/from aircraft and baggage area.
• Operate GSE such as tugs and belt loaders safely.
• Marshal aircraft to gates and assist with pushback.
• Handle baggage and items with care.
• Clean aircraft interiors and service lavatories between flights.
• Assist with catering loads and galley supplies.
• Conduct security checks as required.
• Keep ramp area free of FOD and safe.
• Maintain and report issues on ground equipment.
• Communicate with team via two-way radio.
• Assist customers with special needs.
• Follow safety rules and PPE usage.
• Complete required training; work only within trained tasks.
• Report hazards or incidents to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
