Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a Supervisor - Airport Services to lead daily station operations, directing Agents/Clerks and ensuring safe, on-time performance. You will support the station manager, monitor budgets, and help implement policies for efficient service at the airport.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, including coordinating with airport partners and resolving service issues. On-site work with flexible scheduling is expected.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work non-standard schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time performance.
• Support the Manager in meeting performance targets and monitoring the station budget.
• Help formulate administrative/operational policies and procedures.
• Improve efficiency through standardized procedures.
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety rules and regulations.
• Investigate and resolve customer service and operation issues.
• Participate in conference calls, station audits, and reporting.
• Coordinate with airport management, regulators, and other teams.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members; supervise during peak periods.
