Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading and organizing Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time dependability.
• Ensure adequate operational coverage; schedule and manage manpower utilization.
• Maintain a safe, dependable and consistent operation.
• Conduct Agent observations and oversee local training including new hire training.
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues.
• Adhere to company uniform policy and participate in conference calls and station audits.
• Maintain records such as time and attendance, personnel files and performance.
• Assist in ramp and customer service duties as needed to support operations.
