Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B sales or market development in technical markets.
• Proven success developing major key accounts and OEMs.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to convert insights into growth.
• CRM experience; Salesforce preferred.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with market-building drive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute North American commercial strategy for the railway segment.
• Define value propositions for passenger rail, freight, and related markets.
• Drive profitable growth via direct sales, partners, and new opportunities.
• Manage national key accounts and OEM relationships; pursue new business.
• Prepare proposals, tender responses, and commercial recommendations.
• Coordinate trials, provide technical input, and align with cross-functional teams.
