• Strong commercial judgment and ability to translate market insights into growth.
• Knowledge of tribology and lubricants is preferred.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute NA commercial strategy for the Global Railway segment.
• Define value propositions for passenger rail, freight, infrastructure, and related markets.
• Drive growth via direct sales, partnerships, and new business development.
• Manage national key accounts and OEM relationships.
• Prepare proposals, tenders, and pricing recommendations.
• Coordinate product trials and technical evaluations with customers and teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management to define roadmaps based on market feedback.
• Travel ~50% with potential international trips.
