Union Pacific Corporation is seeking a Track Laborer - Regional in Lewisville, AR to maintain and repair railroad tracks within a designated territory. The role involves essential maintenance, repairs, and installations to ensure safe and efficient train movement across North America.

Applicants must have a CDL (Class A or B) to be hired, be at least 21, and pass an English assessment before interview. Strong communication and adherence to safety rules are required.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• CDL Class A or B required at hire.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions, including safety rules and regulations.
• Must successfully complete an English assessment before interview.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, contractors and/or customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational guidelines, and FRA requirements.
• Handle and transport track materials and equipment using appropriate load/unload devices.
• Perform regular maintenance, repairs, installations on tracks as needed.
• Maintain trackbed, including ballast removal/replacement and tamping.
• Operate equipment to drive spikes and tighten/loosen track bolts; use pullers to remove spikes.
• Additional duties as assigned.
