Union Pacific Railroad is seeking a Track Laborer - Driver Eligible to join our Engineering team. You will help unload and move track materials, replace rails and anchors, and work with equipment to maintain tracks across North America.

The role requires outdoor work in diverse weather, a valid CDL if operating heavy vehicles, and a CDL may be required during the probationary period. Safety rules and FRA compliance are essential in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Valid driver's license required; MVR acceptable.
• CDL required if operating GVWR 26,000+ lbs; CDL needed during probation.
• Minimum of one year Railroad Maintenance of Way experience.

Responsabilités

• Handle, unload and move track materials and equipment from rail cars, carts or trucks.
• Remove and replace rails, rail anchors, spikes, ballast, ties and other parts as needed.
• Work with equipment; dig holes and trenches, etc.
• Observe track conditions for problems or defects; follow safety rules and FRA guidelines.
• Develop positive working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, contractors and customers.
