SEPTA in Philadelphia seeks a Manager Training for Rail Simulator to direct rail simulator training across the transportation workforce. You will standardize training, testing, and recertification with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure current content and compliance.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and eight years in railroad transportation, with at least five years in a managerial role.

Qualificações

• Eight (8) years of experience in Railroad Transportation and five (5) years in progressively responsible managerial roles at the Assistant Director level or equivalent.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered, but five (5) years of managerial experience is required.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Knowledge of CFR parts 240, 242, and 243 and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Directs all activities related to rail simulator training across the transportation workforce.
• Unify and standardize training, testing, and recertification processes for operational employees.
• Collaborate with Training Managers, cross-functional teams, SMEs, and external partners.
• Manage development of training materials, courses, and modules for skill development.
• Coordinate delivery of simulator training, including on-site, remote, and hands-on learning.
• Implement consistent testing and evaluation to measure knowledge and skills.
