HNTB Corporation in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a project manager to oversee assigned rail projects through full lifecycle. You will develop scope, lead client communications, and manage budgets and schedules to ensure 4-for-4 performance on quality, on time, and on budget.

The role requires a PE and strong leadership within a national rail team, with opportunities to contribute to bids, proposals, and strategic pursuits across Amtrak, SEPTA, and national clients.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years of task management or Deputy PM experience.
• Experience delivering projects with 4-for-4 on quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification and PMP are preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison; manage project scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Perform technical tasks including analysis, reports, design, specs, and production.
• Lead project delivery using SDA; develop and execute the project management plan.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, and performance reviews; support business development.
