Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a Project Manager I – Engineering to oversee rail vehicle projects from scope to delivery. You will develop project scope, assist with proposals, and manage contract deliverables while coordinating with multi-discipline teams to meet schedule and budget.

The role emphasizes client liaison, risk management, and quality outcomes on smaller to mid-size projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.
• Master’s degree and PE/AICP/PMP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation and assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Perform technical tasks: analysis, design, reports, specifications, and production.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan and SDA delivery approach.
