Job summary

HNTB is seeking a Project Manager I – Engineering in the Philadelphia area to oversee project lifecycles, from scope development to contract negotiations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with client satisfaction. You will coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, and technical requirements, and support proposals with senior staff.

The role requires a Bachelors in Engineering with 8 years of experience and at least 2 years in task management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotations and assist in technical proposals.
• Serve as the primary client liaison and manage project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Perform technical tasks including analysis, reports, design, specifications, and production for assigned projects.
• Lead project delivery using SDA and supervise team toward project objectives.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, development, and performance reviews.
