• Perform technical tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production for assigned projects.
• Lead the project delivery plan using SDA; supervise and mentor team to achieve objectives.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, development, and performance reviews.
• Support business development with client relationships and proposal preparation.
