• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; 8+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in task management or deputy PM roles.
• Master’s degree in engineering preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison; manage project team to deliver scope, schedule and budget.
• Assist with client scoping and contract negotiations.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan.
• Mentor and supervise project staff to achieve objectives.
