Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a senior project/rail program leader to manage assigned rail projects from concept through construction in the Philadelphia region. The role involves coordinating cross‑discipline teams, developing scopes and proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience and at least 2 years in task management or deputy PM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as the primary client liaison and manage the project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets to completion.
• Assist with client project scoping and contract negotiations.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production for assigned projects.
• Lead project management plan development and execution; mentor team to meet objectives.
