HNTB Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to oversee railroad signals projects in the Philadelphia area, managing scope, schedule, and budgets from proposal through delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, liaise with clients, and ensure quality outcomes on complex infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities include developing project scope and fee quotations, managing contracts, and coordinating staffing and performance reviews, with a focus on on-time, on-budget delivery and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.
• Master’s degree in Engineering is preferred for senior roles.
• PE, AICP, PMP certifications are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop project scope and fee quotations; assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison to deliver scope, schedule, and budget to client satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor project teams; oversee project delivery and performance against plan.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, development, and performance reviews for project staff.
• Support business development, client relationships, and pursuit efforts for strategic projects.
