HNTB Corporation in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a project manager to oversee assigned rail projects through full lifecycle. You will develop scope, lead client communications, and manage budgets and schedules to ensure 4-for-4 performance on quality, on time, and on budget.
The role requires a PE and strong leadership within a national rail team, with opportunities to contribute to bids, proposals, and strategic pursuits across Amtrak, SEPTA, and national clients.

This opportunity involves managing assigned project(s) throughout their full lifecycle, developing scope and technical sections of proposals, participating in contract negotiations, and overseeing delivery to meet HNTB’s 4‑for‑4 performance (quality, on time, on budget, and client satisfaction). The role proactively manages budget, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, and client communications to support project objectives.
As part of a national rail team with a large local staff in Philadelphia, you will work on local and national projects to transform rail infrastructure. Supported projects include interlocking renewals, bridge replacements, new track construction, and station designs for Amtrak, SEPTA, PATCO, PATH, Pittsburgh Regional Transit, PennDOT, and other national rail clients across the United States.
