Job summary

Cylus, a cybersecurity startup, is seeking a Customer Success Engineer in North America to lead deployment, onboarding, and ongoing support of CylusOne in customer environments, including cloud, on-premises, and virtualization.

You will build strong customer relationships, monitor adoption, and support renewals. Collaborate with Product/R&D/Sales, deliver training and documentation, and drive adoption to maximize value for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting enterprise IT/OT environments.
• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls).
• Experience with virtualization and containerization (VMware, Docker).
• Background in cybersecurity and Linux OS administration.
• Proven track record managing technical projects with enterprise customers.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Based in North America with travel availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, installation, and onboarding of CylusOne in customer environments.
• Provide ongoing support throughout the lifecycle, including upgrades and issue resolution.
• Strengthen customer relationships and monitor adoption; support renewals and expansions.
• Act as technical project manager: kickoffs, timelines, scope, milestones.
• Provide customer training and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Sales to ensure smooth delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as trusted advisor.
• Monitor adoption and ensure customers gain full value from CylusOne.
• Partner with Sales on upsells.
• Develop internal playbooks and best practices; streamline onboarding via automation, monitoring, reporting.
• Collaborate on case studies and reference architectures.
