Summit Health in Fair Lawn, NJ, seeks a receptionist/scheduling professional to greet patients, manage arrivals, collect co-pays, and coordinate with care teams. This full-time role supports radiology scheduling and patient flow in a busy multispecialty setting, with a Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4pm schedule.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, 0–1 years experience (2–4 preferred), strong English communication, and familiarity with EHR/practice management systems.

Qualificações

• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and callers, and manage visits.
• Collect co-pays and verify insurance information.
• Schedule radiology exams and pre-exam prep.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and professional environment.
• Coordinate with providers, technologists, and leadership.
• Travel to satellite locations as needed.
