Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 4 years related administrative experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat under tight deadlines.
• Strong writing, independent problem solving, organization and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Maintain confidentiality with discretion and professional interaction at all levels.
• Proficiency in online systems such as Qgenda, Amion, E*Value and Apex.
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Triage inbound calls to Radiologists and place outbound calls on their behalf.
• Triage patient study image sharing inbound and outbound.
• Manage email correspondence and documentation.
• Maintain and update daily On Call lists for Radiologists.
• Assist scheduling team with patient appointment scheduling.
• Handle outgoing/incoming communications for urgent findings and verbal consults.
• Monitor regulatory and policy compliance and analyze imaging process metrics.
