Job summary

UPMC Reading Room Specialist is sought to support radiologists and clinical staff in a high-volume healthcare setting. You will manage communications, coordinate imaging requests, and keep radiology files and protocols organized to ensure timely dictation within 24 hours.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication and attention to detail, and customer-service skills, with some radiology system experience preferred in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimal typing skills are required.
• 6 months experience within the Radiology Department is preferred.
• Efficient use and/or knowledge of the Radiology Information System.
