Job summary

Bayer CropScience Limited is seeking a Field Service Engineer - Radiology to provide on-site emergency service, preventive maintenance, and installation support in the Tulsa region. The role includes travel up to 75% and potential sales responsibilities to achieve revenue targets.

You will work to ensure high customer satisfaction, manage inventory, and coordinate with service and sales teams. A technical degree and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in electronics or IT with 2 years of applicable experience.
• Customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations at end user customer sites using approved Bayer documentation.
• Schedule and organize own work activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Organize and re-order inventory valued at $20K to ensure quality work and low incident of on-site visits.
• Responsible for proper return of all defective inventory for replenishment.
• Price service calls, offering discounts or converting to full contracts when needed.
• Generate service revenue of up to $500K in given work group; assist in closing sales.
• Prepare and develop sales quotes and follow through to close the sale; contact end-user customers and purchasing agents.
• Interfaces with Service Admin/MSRC billing processors for invoicing and collections.
• Maintain company car and tools valued at $35-$45K in good working order.
