Job summary

Bayer AG is seeking a Regional Field Service Engineer for radiology to deliver specialist installation, maintenance, and technical support across multiple territories in the United States. You will ensure uptime, customer satisfaction, and compliant service delivery for Bayer radiology solutions including injectors and contrast delivery devices.

The role requires mobility to cover assigned squad geographies, strong troubleshooting skills, and collaboration with Sales, Clinical Specialists, TAC,

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Equipment Technology, IT Networking, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment (mechanical, electrical, IT).
• Proficiency with CRM and workforce tools.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service coverage across multiple territories within an assigned squad.
• Maintain readiness to travel and deploy within the assigned squad geography.
• Perform installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for Bayer injector systems and software.
• Ensure service work complies with Bayer policies, regulatory standards, and safety guidelines.
• Provide on-site technical training to customer staff as needed.
