Job summary

Radon Medical Imaging seeks a Field Service Engineer to resolve advanced service repairs and drive customer satisfaction for radiology equipment. You will be a technical expert on at least one modality and may support multiple modalities as needed.

The role involves troubleshooting, installation, validation, and maintenance, with opportunities for learning new modalities and advancing within a growing company that values service excellence and client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Associate's or higher in Electrical, Biomedical, or Mechanical Eng.
• 2+ years in servicing electrical equipment
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic equipment
• Ability to read technical documents and communicate with customers
• Background checks/immunizations as required by Radon

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, validate, and maintain equipment.
• Learn additional modalities and grow skills.
• Communicate with customers and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with HQ and Zone/Area initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and modality trainings.
• Suggest value-added services to improve efficiency.
