Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Regional Field Service Engineer in Radiology to deliver expert service across multiple territories. You will install, maintain, and repair radiology injectors, contrast delivery systems, and software, while training customers as needed and ensuring compliance with safety and Bayer policies.

This role requires mobility, strong diagnostics, and collaboration with Sales, Clinical Specialists, TAC, and other teams to optimize performance and strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment (mechanical, electrical, IT).
• Experience with CRM and workforce tools.
• Clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel across territories and support multiple service areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage across multiple territories, including onboarding periods and escalations.
• Travel as needed to ensure customer uptime and operational excellence.
• Installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of radiology injectors, contrast delivery systems, and software.
• Ensure compliance with Bayer policies, regulatory standards, and safety guidelines.
• Provide on-site technical training for customer staff when required.
• Maintain accurate service records and inventory for efficient support.
