Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in the specified field with 2 years of experience.
• Military experience equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM usage; able to manage inventories and quotations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations at customer sites.
• Schedule and organize work activities for efficiency.
• Manage inventory valued at $20K to ensure quality visits.
• Return defective inventory for replenishment.
• Price service calls and offer contract options.
• Generate service revenue up to $500K in the work group.
• Prepare and develop sales quotes and close orders with customers.
• Interface with Service Admin/MSRC billing and assist in collections.
• Generate leads and communicate with sales reps for opportunities.
• Maintain company car and tools valued at $35–$45K.
