Bayer AG is seeking a Field Service Engineer for the Radiology division in the Boston area on the 2nd shift. The role emphasizes on-site emergency service, preventive maintenance, and installation support for end-user customers.

Travel up to 75% within the territory, with heavy equipment handling and occasional overtime. The incumbent will drive service revenue targets, prepare quotes, and collaborate with Sales and Applications teams to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2 years of applicable experience or equivalent military experience with 2 years in a related area.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with company databases and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel within territory and nationally, including overnight travel.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations at customer sites using Bayer documentation.
• Schedule and organize work activities and manage inventory on-site.
• Generate service revenue and develop sales quotes; call end-user customers and purchasing agents to close orders.
