Qualifications

• 2 years of applicable experience or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Military experience in electronics/IT can be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations at end-user sites.
• Schedule and organize own work activities for efficiency.
• Manage inventory valued at $20K to ensure quality visits.
• Return defective inventory for replenishment.
• Price service calls and convert to full contracts when appropriate.
• Generate service revenue up to $500K within the work group.
• Prepare and develop sales quotes and follow through to close orders.
• Coordinate with Service Admin/MSRC for timely invoicing and collections.
