Job summary

Intermountain Health's Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver is seeking a Radiologic Technologist II to perform diagnostic imaging exams, maintain image quality, and ensure patient safety. You will work closely with radiologists and clinicians in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires ARRT certification, state licensure, and BLS, with preferred experience in acute care and fluoroscopy. Competitive shift differentials apply for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• ARRT(R) certification and state license required.
• BLS certification required for healthcare providers.
• 1-2 years radiology experience preferred but not required per site.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ARRT or modality-specific competency in all clinical and technical functions.
• Ensures proper patient identification and prepares the patient for the exam.
• Performs exams per department protocol and reviews images for quality and accuracy.
• Operates equipment and follows radiation safety guidelines and QC procedures.
• Assists and instructs students and other Radiology Techs in exam protocols and positioning.
