Qualifications

• ARRT(R) certification and state licensure required.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers required.
• Experience in acute care and fluoroscopy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ARRT or modality-specific competency in all clinical and technical functions.
• Prepares patient for exams and verifies orders.
• Performs exams per department protocol and reviews image quality.
• Adheres to radiation safety guidelines and maintains a safe environment.
• Assists and instructors students and staff in exam protocols and equipment.
• Provides patient education and addresses concerns.
• Follows infection control and QC protocols.
• Keeps accurate records of procedures and equipment issues.
