Job summary

The position offers full-time hours (36 per week) with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends and benefits eligibility. ARRT certification, state license, and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required or modality-specific equivalent.
• Active radiologic technologist license in the state.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• 1–2 years radiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ARRT or modality-specific competency in all clinical and technical functions.
• Ensures proper patient identification, order verification, and prepares the patient for the exam.
• Performs exams per department protocol and reviews images for quality, clarity, and accuracy.
• Adheres to radiation safety guidelines and maintains a safe working environment.
• Instructs students and other Radiology Techs in exam protocols, procedures, positioning, and equipment.
