Civic Media is seeking experienced radio advertising sales professionals to join our Midwest network of stations. You will focus on prospecting, new account acquisition, servicing, and growing business accounts from your home market and nearby Civic Media locations.

The role offers a base salary plus 20% commission with progression based on tenure, and training from the Radio Advertising Bureau. Travel may be required to cover multiple markets within the region.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a B2B industry and outside sales success.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Strong negotiating and sales skills are essential.
