Job summary

SimVentions, a 100% employee-owned defense contractor, seeks a systems engineer to support SPY-6 radar programs for the U.S. Navy. You will work on requirements development, system integration, design verification, and radar performance modeling.

Travel includes 3–5 days to Moorestown NJ and Wallops Island, plus rare trips to Navy Yard or Quantico. An active Secret clearance and US citizenship are required; a BS/BA in engineering (ABET-accredited) is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering and radar-related programs.
• Experience developing and managing system requirements and interface docs.
• Ability to decompose requirements and trace through the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specs, and interfaces.
• Support architecture, requirements decomposition, and allocation.
• Model, simulate, and analyze system performance.
• Participate in integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Develop test plans and analyze performance with MATLAB.
