Job summary

SimVentions, Inc is seeking a systems engineer to support SPY-6 radar engineering for the U.S. Navy. The role focuses on requirements, design verification, and system integration across the lifecycle.

Travel to Moorestown, Wallops Island, and other sites is expected, with a maximum of about five trips per year. An active Secret Clearance is required for this position, and U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain clearance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
• Experience developing requirements, specifications, and verification plans with traceability.
• Experience with radar systems or Navy defense programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and laboratory tools.
