Job summary
SimVentions, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a Systems Engineer to support SPY-6 radar engineering for the U.S. Navy.
You will develop and maintain system requirements, perform modeling and performance analyses, and participate in integration and verification activities across the lifecycle. The role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance and up to several travel trips to Moorestown, NJ and Wallops Island, VA.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in systems engineering activities with requirements and verification.
- Experience with radar systems, Navy combat systems, or similar defense domains preferred.
- Ability to manage requirements, interfaces, and engineering baselines with traceability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
- Create and maintain system requirements, specs, and interfaces.
- Support architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
- Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
- Participate in system integration, verification, and testing.
- Develop test plans and analyze performance using MATLAB and lab tools.
