SimVentions, Inc. in the United States is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer to support radar performance, signal processing, and integration across the lifecycle. The role requires 4+ years of experience and an active Secret clearance.

Travel to Moorestown, NJ and Wallops Island for 3–5 days, plus local travel to Navy Yard or Quantico, with a typical maximum of 5 trips per year. The candidate will develop system requirements, perform analyses, and assist with testing and verification.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in systems engineering or related field
• Experience developing, maintaining system requirements and traceability
• Experience with radar systems or complex defense systems preferred
• Experience modeling, simulating and analyzing system performance
• Experience planning or executing system testing and data analysis
• Familiarity with MBSE methodologies in system design and integration

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications and interface docs
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition and hardware/software allocation
• Perform modeling, simulation and system performance analysis
• Participate in system integration, verification and testing activities
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and lab tools
