Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a systems engineer to support the U.S. Navy’s radar and sensor system programs. The role focuses on requirements development, system integration, and verification throughout the lifecycle, including modeling and testing with MATLAB.

The candidate will travel to Moorestown, Wallops Island, and other Navy sites, with up to five trips per year, and must hold an Active Secret clearance. A BS/BA in a STEM field is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering and defense programs.
• Experience with requirements development, specification management, and traceability.
• Experience with radar or Navy combat systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with modeling and simulations to assess performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interfaces.
• Support architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing.
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB.
