Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a systems engineering professional to support radar and Navy combat systems throughout the lifecycle. The role includes developing requirements, conducting system-level analyses, and coordinating test activities across multiple sites.

Candidates should have a Secret clearance and hands-on experience with modeling, simulation, and verification to drive engineering decisions. Travel to Moorestown, NJ and Wallops Island for testing, plus occasional Navy Yard/Quantico visits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Experience developing, managing, and tracing system requirements.
• Experience with radar systems or Navy combat systems preferred.
• Experience using models/simulations to assess performance.
• Experience planning or executing system testing and analyzing results.
• Familiarity with MBSE processes/methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specs, and interfaces.
• Support architecture, decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing.
• Develop test plans and analyze performance with MATLAB.
