SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a highly capable systems engineer to support SPY-6 radar engineering for the U.S. Navy. The role involves requirements development, system integration, and performance analysis across the lifecycle, with travel to Moorestown, NJ, Wallops Island, and other sites as needed.

The role requires an active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship. Minimum 4+ years in systems engineering with MBSE and MATLAB skills is preferred, along with experience in defense systems and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
• Experience developing and maintaining system requirements and interface documentation.
• Ability to support design verification and lab/testing activities.
• Experience with radar or complex defense systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with MBSE tools and model-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interfaces.
• Support system architecture and allocation of hardware/software.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB.
