Job summary

SimVentions, a 100% employee-owned company, seeks a systems engineer to support SPY-6 radar capabilities for the U.S. Navy. The role emphasizes systems engineering, radar performance, signal processing, and end-to-end integration across the lifecycle.

This position requires an ACTIVE Secret clearance and a STEM BS/BA from an ABET-accredited program. Travel includes Moorestown, NJ and Wallops Island, VA for testing, with up to five trips annually.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems engineering and lifecycle support.
• Experience with requirements development, spec management, system integration and design verification.
• Ability to develop and maintain system requirements, interfaces, and baselines with traceability.
• Experience with radar systems, sensor tech or navy combat systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systems engineering plans.
• Create and maintain system requirements, specifications, and interface documentation.
• Support system architecture, requirements decomposition, and hardware/software allocation.
• Perform modeling, simulation, and system performance analysis.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and testing activities.
• Develop test plans and analyze system performance using MATLAB and lab tools.
