Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Engineer II for the Receiver, Exciter & Processing Architecture team in Massachusetts. The role focuses on digital/analog hardware design for radar subsystems, with collaboration across systems, mechanical, and manufacturing teams. Strong circuit design and analysis skills are required.

The position emphasizes production readiness, design trades, and test plans, with opportunities to lead small projects. Travel between MA sites is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience in digital/analog hardware design and signal processing is preferred.
• Proficiency with design tools and analytical software is required.

Responsibilities

• Design circuit architectures for mixed-signal hardware and verify with simulations.
• Integrate and test at component, board, and subsystem levels.
• Support transition to production and assist manufacturing/test engineers.
• Travel occasionally to supplier, integration, and customer sites as needed.
• Lead small projects or processes within the area of responsibility.
• This is a 1st shift, 100% on-site role based in MA with inter-site travel.
