Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Integration, Analysis & Test Engineer to join the Receiver/Exciter & Processing Architecture (REPA) team in Massachusetts. The role covers the full radar product lifecycle—from development and design verification through transition to production and field support.

You will perform Receiver/Exciter data analysis, hardware/software integration, and system-level troubleshooting, and support automated test software for production environments.

Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience in system or subsystem integration, verification, and test.
• 3+ years of programming experience in Python, Java or MATLAB.
• 3+ years of experience with system, subsystem, and/or component analysis, design, or test.
• The ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform Receiver/Exciter data analysis, hardware / firmware / software integration, and system-level troubleshooting.
• Execute module and subsystem design verification testing across multiple program environments.
• Support automated test software integration for hardware platforms in a production environment.
• Contribute to AI / ML and statistical process control initiatives targeting factory test and troubleshoot cycle time reduction.
• This role is 100% on-site and will be based in Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA. Some travel is to be anticipated between multiple sites including Andover, MA and Pelham, NH.
