Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Engineer II to join the REPA Department in Massachusetts. The role focuses on digital/analog hardware design for next-generation Raytheon radar subsystems, including circuit card assemblies and mixed-signal designs.

Collaboration with systems, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers is essential to deliver verified hardware on schedule. The candidate will perform design trades, analyses, and test planning, with occasional travel and opportunities for project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in two or more areas: Digital Design, RF/Analog Design, production testing and troubleshooting circuits.
• Proficiency with design/simulation tools (HyperLynx, LTSpice) and analytical tools (MATLAB).
• Experience with EDA tools (Xpedition) for schematic capture and layout.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Interim Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design circuit card assemblies and subsystems for radar hardware.
• Model, simulate, verify architectures and sub-systems.
• Support transition to production; assist manufacturing/test teams.
