RTX is seeking a Radar Systems Engineer I for Marlborough, MA. You will work across the full lifecycle—from concept to deployment—developing radar processing algorithms, software requirements, and analysis tools while collaborating with Systems and Software Engineers.

This onsite role may require up to 20% travel to RTX facilities and customer locations. The position requires a Master’s in STEM, active DoD Secret clearance, and experience with radar architectures, signal processing, DOORS,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a STEM field by start date.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience with radar system design and software architectures.
• Experience with signal processing in complex environments.
• DOORS experience; MATLAB/Python/C++ proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts of operations for radar systems.
• Radar processing algorithm development.
