Job summary

Babolat is seeking a Mid-Atlantic/Metro New York Sales Representative to drive sales across Metro New York, Long Island, and New Jersey. This role demands strong business acumen, dealer network management, and engaging brand activations that connect retailers and players.

You will coordinate demos, trainings, and market research while collaborating with Marketing, Finance, and Logistics to optimize the selling process and customer relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of outside professional sales experience and/or training.
• Experience in tennis/sporting goods industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals.
• Present product and program sales to dealer network.
• Coordinate brand activations with marketing and retailers.
• Lead on-court demos, trainings, and market research activities.
• Manage inventory levels with dealers and warehouses.
• Own the full sales process across departments.
