Job summary

Midtown Athletic Club is seeking an Adult Racquet Sports Supervisor to lead daily execution for Adult Programs and support racquet sports team alignment while contributing to club operations. You will ensure the program runs smoothly and delivers an engaging member experience, driving repeat participation.

The role focuses on on-site leadership, coaching staff, coordinating lessons and events, and maintaining Midtown standards across scheduling and program pathways to support members and coaches

• Responsive resolution of operational or service issues to preserve the member experience.
• Serve as a reliable on-floor leader supporting both members and coaches.
